I ordered shrimp with garlic sauce today (10/05/24) and 3 egg rolls, and it was delicious! The preparation time was fast, and the service was great. The young lady at the counter who assisted me was kind enough to give me my drink when I didn’t have the cash...only card. People don’t have to be kind to you and give you things when they operate a business, but it is highly appreciated. She told me that I didn’t have to pay with my card, because the drink was only one dollar; but I insisted, and she suggested that I come back another day with 1 to pay. I’m deciding to leave this review instead. I appreciated her kind gesture.

Edit 1/2/25 Ling Ling is still the best Chinese in Louisville. 10 ! The past 3 takeout orders though you have missed the request on Beyond Menu for house hot mustard. In addition to no house mustard, tonight we got 1 hot mustard packet for 3 orders. The little details is what make you so great. Posted this 5 years ago. STILL the absolute best Chinese food in Louisville! Pork fried rice is amazing and wings are ridiculously good and underpriced. Go to is Generals Chicken with house hot mustard! Best Chinese food in Louisville, love the pork fried rice. Price will not be beat and the food is excellent. Don't miss out--and remember---always ask for the house mustard, not that packet stuff

Since moving to Louisville I’ve tried nearly 10 Chinese takeout restaurants trying to find THE sesame seed chicken.. and this is it, this is the one. SO GOOD!

Visiting the area and had a yearning for Chinese food. Noted a good review for Ling Ling, so I ordered by delivery. The food was prepared quickly and arrived hot by delivery. I was pleasantly surprised at how close the food was to what I’d been used to at home. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting!
